How Miami could become the next Houston


A state all too familiar with the destructive nature of hurricanes is aiding Texas in its search and rescue operations, with officers from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission deployed to Houston on Monday. This just days after the sunshine state marked 25 years since hurricane Andrew. RT’s Marina Portnaya reports.
