Xbox One beta “in the near future.”
Gazillion’s Marvel Heroes Omega closed beta comes to PS4 Friday, April 21.
Earlier this month, Gazillion revealed Marvel Heroes Omega is coming to both PS4 and Xbox One, but the upcoming closed beta is for PS4 only. An Xbox One beta is coming “in the near future.”
Once available, buying a founder’s pack through the PlayStation store entitles you to beta access, according to a forum post from the developer, and anyone who participates in the beta “can look forward to receiving Daredevil” at no cost.
The final game on console brings 38 characters at launch, with Iron Fist and War Machine “exclusive to the Founder’s Pack for a 6-month period.”
Marvel Heroes Omega is one of many Marvel games in development right now. The shift to consoles for the Marvel-based action RPG adopts a staggered approach, with the two versions releasing on different schedules to “ensure we deliver the best possible experience for players on both platforms,” according to Gazillion.
